Tower e-Store Terms and Conditions

  1. Tower Laboratories Corporation agrees to fill orders received from Tower e-Store Distributor's in good standing. Tower Distributors are in good standing if:
    1. Distributor must be on monthly autoship of a Tower Technology product for at minimum 90 continuous days.
    2. Distributor must have purchased a Tower Distributor's Kit ($60)
    3. Distributor must not have returned one or more Tower product's within 90 days.
  2. This offer is to Tower distributors in the United States only.
  3. Product shipment shall commence as soon as possible after customer payment is received.
  4. Tower reserves the right to refuse shipment.
  5. Due to customs and export restrictions, Tower will not ship to most customers outside the USA.
  6. The authorized Tower Distributor is eligible for commissions based on the entire (retail) value of their e-store sales.
  7. Tower e-store products selection and prices are established by Tower Laboratories Corporation.
  8. All e-store prices are suggested retail prices.
  9. All e-store products and prices are subject to change.
  10. There is no charge to setup or maintain a distributor Tower e-store (for at a minimum 12 months) as long as the distributor is in good standing.
  11. Tower E-Stores are owned and operated by Internet Works, Inc. of Illinois.
  12. You will be contacted with your e-store location on the Internet after it has been established.
